GDI Service Catalogue

DDS provides a federated search interface for discovering genomic and health-related datasets across distributed GDI data sources. It harvests metadata from FAIR Data Points and other catalogues, indexes it, and enables you to search and explore datasets through the User Portal and APIs.

The AF Browser allows you to query pre-computed, aggregated allele frequency statistics from federated genomic datasets through the User Portal or APIs. It features privacy-preserving discovery with variant-level screening, enabling you to assess dataset relevance before requesting controlled access to the underlying datasets.
